"Rules? Pineapples. Stop. I don't like it." I feel you! But for your satisfaction and your tech's sanity, we've got to establish some boundaries and lay down the law. Here goes:

LATE ARRIVAL

Appointments have a 10 minute grace period. If you anticipate that you will be more than 10 minutes late, please call to see if we have availability to complete your services in full. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to refuse partial or complete services.

CANCELLATIONS

Appointments can be cancelled 12 hours in advance by texting or calling 901-305-5370. Please give us at least 12 hours notice so that we can alert those on our waiting list. We understand that emergencies happen and it's not always possible to give adequate notice when you can't make an appointment. However, if you repeatedly cancel appointments without proper notice, we reserve the right to request a non-refundable deposit to secure your next appointment.

If you make an appointment that you don't show up for or cancel, we reserve the right to charge a service fee of half the cost of your service, in addition to requiring a non-refundable deposit on your next appointment.

Any recurring appointments or future bookings will also be cancelled in the event of a no show.

PAYMENT GUARANTEE

We take all major credit/debit cards and cash. No refunds.

Enhancements and gel manicures are guaranteed for 5 days after your appointment. If you lose an enhancement, or notice chipping or lifting in the first five days, call us to schedule a free repair. Repairs after 5 days are $5 each. Traditional polish is not guaranteed.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO:

• Anyone with a nail condition we suspect to be contagious.

• Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area.

• Anyone in ill health that we suspect may be contagious or further harmed by our services.

• Anyone more than 10 minutes late for an appointment.

• Rude, mean, or disrespectful people. Positive vibes only!
